PICK THE RIGHT ONE, FIRST TIME
Deep clean or routine?
Here's the real difference.
Both follow the same standardized checklist. The difference is whether the grout gets a wipe or a full scrub, and when you’d actually want each one. Here’s exactly what changes.
WHAT'S THE SAME
Same checklist,
same crew, same app.
One standardized checklist
Every service tier starts from the same room-by-room baseline — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, throughout. Deep just goes further at each stop.
Logged live, either way
Whichever tier you book, your cleaner checks off every task on our crew app in real time, right there in your home.
Same guarantee
$0 upfront, and love it or that clean is free. Anything missed? Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it, whichever tier you booked.
WHAT'S ACTUALLY DIFFERENT
What deep clean
adds on top.
Deep Clean is the same checklist, taken further at the spots that build up over time: the baseboards collecting dust since anyone last looked down, the vents doing their best.
Kitchen
- Routine: wipe counters, backsplash, sweep & mop
- Deep adds: detailed backsplash & grout, hand-washed baseboards, range hood degrease
Bathrooms
- Routine: clean shower/tub, scrub toilet, wipe counters
- Deep adds: scrubbed tile & grout lines, descaled glass door, detail behind toilet base
Bedrooms & living areas
- Routine: dust surfaces, vacuum, wipe doorknobs
- Deep adds: vacuum under bed, dust ceiling fan blades, hand-washed baseboards
Throughout the home
- Routine: dust baseboards, empty trash, cobweb sweep
- Deep adds: light fixtures & switch plates, stair railings & spindles
WHICH ONE DO YOU NEED?
When to book
each one.
Here’s how to tell which one your home needs, and how the two work together.
- It's your first Homli visit
- Your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in 4+ weeks
- You want a full reset before starting a routine schedule
- Your home is already at a good baseline
- You want to maintain that result on a schedule
- You’d rather the baseboards became someone else’s problem

FAQ
Questions,
answered.
Yes. If your home is already in good shape, a Routine plan can start right away. If it hasn’t had a professional clean in 4+ weeks, a one-time Deep Clean first gives your regular visits a genuinely clean baseline.
For a typical 3-bed, 2-bath home of 2,000–2,500 sqft, a Deep Clean is $502 one-time versus $287 for a one-time Routine Clean. For a 1-bed, 1-bath home under 1,000 sqft, it’s $309 versus $179. The gap reflects the extra time our crew spends on baseboards, grout, and fixtures.
Close, but not identical — Move-Out Clean builds on top of Deep Clean with inside-empty-space detail (closets, drawers, cabinets, around the fridge) for a vacant home.
Most clients book one deep clean to start, then switch to routine visits to maintain the result. Some come back for an occasional deep clean every several months — it's entirely up to you, no fixed schedule required.
Only if you want to watch. Most clients hand over a key, lockbox code or smart-lock access and get on with their day. Every team member is an insured, background-checked Homli employee, whichever service you book.
Not sure which
one you need?
Price both in about a minute and decide from there. You pay after the clean either way.
