1. ROUTINE CLEAN (MAINTENANCE)

The baseline result required for every recurring visit.

A. General Living Areas & Bedrooms

Dusting: All window sills, window frames, ledges, and light fixtures are free of visible dust.

Ceiling Fans: Fan blades are free of dust buildup.

Decor: Picture frames, lamps, and decorative items are dry-dusted.

Furniture: All furniture surfaces are free of dust.

Floors: Hard floors are free of loose debris and sticky spots. Carpets are vacuumed.

Beds: Beds are made (linens changed if left out).

Trash: Wastebaskets are emptied and exteriors wiped down.

Touchpoints: Light switches and doorknobs are free of fingerprints/smudges.

Cobwebs: Corners and ceilings are free of cobwebs.

B. Kitchen

Microwave: Interior and exterior are free of food splatter and grease.

Appliance Exteriors: Fridge, oven, and dishwasher fronts are free of fingerprints and drips.

Counters & Backsplash: Surfaces are sanitized and free of crumbs/stains.

Sinks: Basin is cleaned and dried; soap dish is clean.

Stove Top: Burners, control panels, and surface are free of grease and burnt-on food.

Stationary Items: Toasters, coffee makers, etc., are wiped clean.

Cabinets: Exterior fronts are spot-cleaned (handles and visible spills only).

C. Bathroom

Showers/Tubs: Walls, floor, and basin are cleaned and dried.

Toilets: Inside, outside, and area around the base are sanitized.

Sink & Counters: Sink is cleaned and dried; countertops are organized and free of residue.

Mirrors: Glass is streak-free.

Fixtures: Towel racks and toilet paper holders are polished.

Cabinets: Exterior fronts are wiped down and sanitized.

2. DEEP CLEAN (INITIAL / HEAVY DUTY)

Includes ALL requirements of "Routine Clean,

" PLUS the following specific "Wet-Wipe" detailwork:

The "Hand-Wash" Standard:

Baseboards: All baseboards are wet-wiped and free of scuffs and dust buildup.

Doors & Frames: All doors and door frames are wet-wiped free of fingerprints and soil.

Windowsills: Sills and frames are wet-wiped (not just dusted).

Cabinet Exteriors: All kitchen and drawer fronts are fully wiped down (not just

spot-cleaned).

Oven Hood: The exterior of the oven hood vent is cleaned of grease dust.

Bathroom Grout: Tile grout in showers is scrubbed free of discoloration/mold.

Linen Closet: Inside shelves of the bathroom linen closet are wiped down.

3. MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT (VACANCY)

Includes ALL requirements of "Deep Clean,

Interior Cabinetry:

Kitchen & Bath: Inside all cabinets and drawers are free of crumbs, hair, and dust.

Pantry: Pantry floor is vacuumed/mopped; shelves are wiped down.

Closets: Inside floors of all closets are vacuumed/mopped; shelves are wiped down.

4. POST-CONSTRUCTION (RENOVATION)

A specialized service focused on fine dust remediation and label removal.

Dust Remediation:

Fine Dust: All vertical and horizontal surfaces (walls, floors, fixtures) are free of drywall dust and white residue.

Walls: Walls are dry-dusted top-to-bottom to remove settled construction dust.

Air Vents: Exterior vent covers are vacuumed; accessible interior ducts are vacuumed of construction debris.

Light Fixtures: Interior and exterior of glass globes/fixtures are free of construction dust.

Residue Removal:

Labels: Windows, appliances, and fixtures are free of manufacturer stickers and adhesive residue.

Paint/Mud: Floors and counters are free of minor paint splatter or drywall mud drops.

Electrical: Inside electrical outlets and switch plates (if covers were removed) are vacuumed free of dust.

Windows: Interior glass is scraped clean of paint splatter and labels (razor blade standard); tracks are vacuumed.
